Good Morning, I hope all you Moms have a wonderful day and are all treated like queens.When I first thought of doing these clay pieces the first thing that came to mind was polymer clay but having worked with it a lot, I felt it would be too heavy for a card, but I also just wanted to try it. This medallion was rolled out as thin as I could without fear of it cracking, I used transparent. It is a little heavier than the paper clay but will work. Because the clay has no absorbency the color lays on top and is a little softer. I do like the look of it though. I used the airbrush to distress the edges, the photo corners are Cuttlebug and the grape background paper is from my scrap bin so I cannot remember whose it is. Happy Sunday, Hugs
