Candy Canes

Dear Friend Carole Beath agreed to see if her Wal-Mart had the "Bloom" cart because non of mine here did. She found it - picked it up and along with it she sent me "Sugar and Spice" boy does that girl know how to pick you up when you are sliding down a cliff, lol. I quit smoking, two weeks now but it has not been an easy road, however, Sugar and Spice helped divert my attention considerably, thanks you Carole. One of the things I do with a new cart when I am exploring it, is to take an image I am interested in and blow it up big and then rotate it on my mat, it gives me different perspectives. I was intrigued with the bird nest and that is what my second layer over the Christmas Paper from a stack is. Large - it looked like a pile of ribbons to me. The candy canes - Sizzix, photo corners QK, the embossed oval was done with a Sizzix/BasicGrey Embossing Folder. All colors Copic Markers and the Airbrush System. Have a great weekend. Hugs

What a beautifully bold card. I love it. You are over the hump, keep at it and soon all traces of cigs will be gone. Sending hugs.

Good for you for quitting smoking! I know that is hard. BTW, I was at the mall the other day and there was a kiosk with smokeless e cigarettes and I was actually intrigued and I ask the clerk to tell me about them. He said he hasn't had a cigarette in 4 months and it has been a piece of cake. The e cigs looks like like a real cig (even lights up at the end!) but its vapor and harmless--so they say. Anyway, it just a FYI just in case you fall off the wagon maybe this would be a good alternative. You can google it--I think it was something like "Smoke51" or something like that.
