BBTB2-Challenge/"October 31st"

Welcome to my blog, our weekly challenge and I am hosting this week, which means I got to pick the image for our inspiration. I purchased the "October 31st" cartridge for several of the cuts, the candle definitely being one of them. So choose your favorite candle and play along with us this week at BBTB2.
In additon to using the "Oct31st" cartridge I also used "French Manor" for the table. After cutting and coloring the candle, I layered it with some dimentional glaze. The background paper is from the Halloween stack by Eksuccess for Martha Stewart as well as the bat punches in the corners, each corner piece is 2 punches with the top layer adhered only at the body so it is very dimensional. The chippie button at the top was gifted to me by Carole Beath, I thought it a perfect embellishment, thanks Carole. Happy Halloween is hand written and the racing stripe down the right side is a quilling strip. All coloring was done with copic markers and airbrush system. Have a great Monday and inspired week. Hugs
PS just a quick postscript - my crummy - blurry pictures lately has been due to the terrible light in our house, if I don't get my pictures either outside or at the peak hour they turn out awful, so one of my projects has been to create a light box - it is done and oh my goodness what a difference the light makes.

Oh goody, I am first. I love this little set up...looks like it could be in someone's living room. I noticed my card was the only card not noticing Halloween. I just finished 17 cards for Halloween and I sorta was burned out... Love your candle. It looks so real.
Hugs.
