Well this was a fast forward into the weekend for me. I have been looking at the Cameo Silhouette since the first of the year, on the fence, off the fence. I have asked questions, visited UTube, and stalked the Silhouette site. I was pretty convinced right away that I loved the product and my hesitation was with my ability to use the software to its potential. So I finally jumped in! I did upgrade the software immediately because it had the functions I was mostly interested in. I have to say that I am impressed with the ease, flexibility and forgiveness of this software. The Cameo cuts with amazing precision. The mat at first made me crazy, it is just so different from Cricut mat, but we have made peace and it is actually a fab mat. I have not ventured out yet into any of the super features, basically straight cuts from Silhouette images until I get more comfortable. Will I be getting rid of the Cricut, absolutely not, it is like an old blankie you return to over and over.
Overall size of this card is 5X7, the word card and "grateful" are both Silhouette images, the tea cups are mine. The paper I used was DCWV. Have a super weekend. Hugs

Oh, BAD Sandi! I've been trying sooo hard to resist another machine. This card is fabulous and the precision factor is a biggie. Not sure I have the time or patience for the learning curve but I'm getting mighty tempted. Congrats on your purchase. xxD

Congrats on getting the silhouette... i got it a few weeks ago and LOVE it AND i won't get rid of all my circuits either.. way too much invested in that. AND i still use it too. Love the card. hugs
